Hi,

My aim was only to thank you for this, for your workout videos,

I did sport all my life, but now I start getting less motivated, and the sofa sometimes seems so nice, :) Still, since I discovered your video at least 3 times a week I do at least 40 minutes workout, And I feel good! I dont mind my fat, my calories, my abs do not shine, but I feel good with myself, I am happy to go into the shower and feel like I have achieved something.
