Mine is a little bit bad ☹️ I have been feeling a little bit bad since the night before yesterday. My back and neck hurt. Yesterday afternoon I has a headache too, but today it's mostly the back and neck.
Even feeling a little bad, I managed to do my upper body strenght training with some kickboxing cardio. For today, I hace scheduled a lower body strenght training and hiit but I don't know if I could, or even if I should do it.
I am thinking about waiting to see how do I continue feeling and if I am better do it.
My whole body aches! ☹️
