Another beautiful day with conservation work... now aching all over!
Today we did another 4 hours of conservation work, this time cutting down gorse in a heathland area. Lopping and sawing gorse, dragging it over to a pile. Gorse is pretty nasty stuff, especially when it is old and dry and very bunched up. The gorse prickles go right through your gloves, so no knitting for me tonight, my fingers are too sore! The area we were working in is beautiful heathland, which runs over into dunes, which then runs over into the beach. The photo may give you some idea! And.... I was appalled at how grey my hair looks in the photo 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Anyway, I had put FB Strong on my calendar to start tomorrow, but I am going to combine it with FB Reach. On days I do things like Roamblender or conservation work like today I will do the FB Reach workouts and on days where I am not too busy I will do the FB Strong workouts. I will probably take much longer to complete them, but that doesn’t worry me. Do you think that is a good way to combine the programmes?
