I’m new to the FB community but so glad I found you all! Would love some advice. I have about 15 lbs to shave off from bad/carb based eating and a mostly sedentary lifestyle/desk job that all together threw me into a big funk last year and now I want this weight (pretty much all settled in my midsection) GONE!
I’m still a bit out of shape and would consider myself a fitness beginner. I’m willing to push myself, but I’m not level 4 or 5 and barely a 3 most days (motivation is there, but I haven’t worked out consistently in 2 years and am so dang WEAK.)
What fat burning program would you recommend for someone like me??
