5 day fitness challenge

I can't believe I made it! I wasn't sure about it when I started but feel amazing now that I have. Day 4 with kickboxing and the overall long workouts were quite the challenge. I even did mostly harder versions and less modified. I did maybe 40% modified versions but not sure. I loved this. It was tough with the timeframes but othrrwisethis time last year I told myself I am too lazy and not motivated to workout.
