Hi guys, I've just finished my first workout - well, the PFT and a yoga stretch video. It felt really great even though I'm so unfit right now! I'm a student in my first year at university in the UK. I'm at home at the moment revising for exams and I go back in a couple of weeks. I really want to keep up the workouts when I'm there but I lack motivation when at university. Any other students out there that workout in their room and got any advice?
