I'm about to finish my 4th round of FB Burn and now I'm craving a lot of strenght training and sort-of dreading cardio due to sweaty hair problems (and due to not enjoying it, really).
I've already completed both FBMass and FBStrong but I honestly can't remember how they are made. Which one of them is the less cardio-y and more strength-y?
