I’m only on day 12 of the low impact plan and when I started I couldn’t do a “real squat”, but today I did!
I’ve struggled with intense knee pain from cartilage damage for years and when I started the low impact I couldn’t bend very far at all without pain. Squats especially felt impossible for me but today I did it! I did all the sets too.
