Is fat normal?

Im new to the community chat thing here, so im sorry if this isnt how this works. But i had a question. Is it normal for even the fittest of fit people to have at least a little fat on them? I'd say im pretty toned and have fairly visible ab defintion, but there is still some fat over it. Is it normal to have a little fat, or in order to be calssified as super fit, do you need to have basically none. Im recovering from a 4 year long anorexia, in which the whole time I was underweight, so fat is a new thing for me again. Thats why this question may be dumb to some people lol.
