Wahoo! Yesterday I wrapped up Abs 2. I’m so pleased, because I found it a challenge. Halfway through, I wasn’t sure I could get through it, but I stuck with it. 😀
Now I’m trying to figure out what’s next. I purchased quite a few programs on Black Friday, and I’d love people’s input.
I have been loving the strength training (Strong was my fave so far), but I probably need to ramp up the cardio/HIIT more.
- FB 30 round 3
- Sweat (this one intimidates me somewhat)
- Sweat alternating with Strong
- Burn 2 (this one also scares me a bit)
- Bored Easily (this one doesn’t scare me as much, but maybe it should?? It appeals because I figure that I can survive one round of any HIIT exercise... I hope)
