So I been trying to complete a workout plan since last year but things keep getting in the way of it. There are somedays that I just don't feel like working out especially after school and when I am sad. Please if anyone have some tips on how I could stay motivated? I'm staring a new workout plan Feb 4. Also how do you all deal with soreness
