Cardio day after Lower strength and HIIT

Happy weekend everyone

Was wondering if exercises like in the following video is a good idea for the day after Lower strength training and HIIT without ruining muscle repair?

Im trying a new routine which is Lower strength training followed by HIIT and upper body next day followed by cardio as I've been doing it the other way round for ages or using Upper and cardio video but I'm not sure if you can do bodyweight Lower exercises the day after a Lower workout without ruining the repair process which I've read is not good if your looking to build lean muscle.
