Weak & Listless: What happened?

Hi.

I set a goal to increase the length of my workouts to 50-60 minutes 4- 5x a week. I've been doing this for about a month, and I feel great. Well, today I had a core/cardio workout as part of FB Abs round 2 and I could barely get through it! I just felt weak, uncoordinated, and tired. It was only 30 minutes and I almost didn't make it. I completed a total body strength bored easily workout the day before and it was pretty intense.

Am I just tired? Does my body just need a break?
