So, I've been consistently (minus a few breaks for travel & life ) doing FB workouts 4-5x per week for the past 4 years. I initially started with strength training most days of the week, which helped me shape my body and bring out my naturally curvy figure. Then, when I no longer had access to weights, I started doing mostly body weight strength & HIIT and my GOODNESS. The results have been insane! I am so so happy with my progress and how fit & energized I feel ALL THE TIME.
The time difference between the top and bottom pictures is 4 years. And it is important to know that I felt fit and healthy in both cases, and loved (still do) my body!
I am just so happy with my progress, I had to share.
