so: I am currently lying around with a broken foot (yay me). While it is very nice for mental health and stress reducing, I am starting to feel restless (been benched for 3 weeks now). Obviously, I won't be able to workout as I usually do for at least 6-8 more weeks and even then I will start off with the Low Impact progamme I wisely purchased already.
My question now though: Are there any workouts, that do not involve standing/jumping? I can do situps and the like with no problems (got a special shoe with which i can put weight on my foot), but how'd I do the warmup? I was thinking about maybe doing situps/upper body/core workouts, that do not require me to actively stand, but how can I warm up my muscles for that?
To be clear, I am not planning on doing an hour long, high calory burning workout, just some light feelgood stretching/muscle tickling something.
