I just wanted to see what your thoughts were on the reasons behind you choosing to workout? I personally enjoy working out because it makes me feel energized, more positive, and it helps me maintain a healthy weight. I don't have any abs, and I not a size 0. I also try to follow a healthy diet; but I also don't restrict myself that much on weekends, because food is just one of those things that play big on my social life. I know that I haven't seen much at optimal fat loss due to the fact that I don't restrict as much, but I am pretty comfortable at where I am. I am at about 124 lbs, 5'5, 26 now, but I've been this shape since I was 20, I feel like my body just likes sticking to that range. Sometimes I think more people should also remember to give credit to themselves for being able to maintain their healthy weight too.
