It was the toughest workout I have done in a while, but I am proud of myself for 'keeping on moving' throughout! I did the high impact version for as long as I could and then completed the active interval with modifications. I also found the mental strength to add in just a few more high impact reps when I felt my heart rate was bearable again :) And I took no extra rest breaks! #non-scale victory!
