I am eating crow today. Always a devout strength training/cardio/HIIT athlete, I have recently begun to explore why so many people lately continue to bring up Pilates and yoga. So, I’m currently trying to complete the 8 week FB Fit program. A Pilates Workout was on the agenda. I almost disregarded it, but didn’t. Thank goodness I didn’t. I was humbled 👏. My core and legs still sore. For anyone out there who had/has the same thoughts I did, try it. You’ll feel muscles you never knew you had. I posted the workout link below.
