Daily Check-in: Wednesday, January 16th

Hello Blenders!

This pic is what's left of a tree that was knocked down by summer storms last year. It got hammered by some pretty nasty winds, unfortunately. But on the bright side, it's now making good habitat for little woodland critters, and also makes for some pretty cool pictures too. So, I hope ya'll don't mind me sharing it with you today!

So, Blenders, how are you all doing today? Feeling good?

We're halfway through the work week! (Which I'd normally like to celebrate more, but with this shut down dragging on, it's hard to celebrate anything work-related right now.)

Anyway, let's talk about some workouts! What workouts do you have planned for today, Fellow Blenders? Or are you resting today?

I'm so excited to try this! Combining HIIT with upper body strength is really a cool thing! I enjoy this style of training (as much as I can enjoy anything HIIT-related, anyway haha).

And what about some good food going on today?

Hubby and I are gonna have some potato sausages (which he made recently) with roasted turnips, carrots, and broccoli. Real simple, but delicious meal. I'm excited!
