I finally got a pic of one of the many eagles that have been hanging around lately! We get quite a few that like to lord over our field in the winter time. I keep an eye out for them though--caz I don't want them to go after my chickens! (They usually don't. They're more likely to scavenge something than actually kill it. But still--leave my chickens alone! haha)
Anyway, how are you all doing today? Feeling good? Enjoying your workouts?
I certainly hope so! I did an upper body kickboxing workout yesterday, and my calves are still a bit sore from the lower body kickboxing I did on Sunday, so that can only mean one thing--it's core day! haha

Oh, and I kinda wanted to brag about my hubby for a minute lol. He's been back on the Low Impact program and doing great. He's already in the second week, and been doing between 3-5 workouts a week! I'm so proud of him for putting in the effort even when I know working out isn't his favorite thing to do at all. And if you're looking for a few #husbandofkim gems from his workouts, you're in luck! He's got a couple that I'll share with you haha.
He was doing jumping oblique twists (AKA "twisty-bounceys"): "OMG, I forgot about twisty-bounceys! I could do these forever!"
Doing a lower body strength workout where Kelli said "squeeze your glutes": "Your Fitness Blender friends are right. It does sound like she said 'squeeze your boobs'."😆🤣 That one still makes me laugh so hard, Raven! 😆🤣

Well, I made FB's butternut squash lasagna last night and it was sooo good (I'll post a pic later if you guys are interested). Now for tonight? Maybe chicken fajita rice? Oh yeah, that sounds so good!
