After working out with FB for a couple of months, I've seen a huge improvement in my mentality about food, exercise, and body image (thanks Kelli and Daniel!). However, I find that when I work out, my goals are mainly image related, which isn't what I want them to be. I then find that if I don't get the image-related progress I want, I feel pretty bad and am pretty hard on myself. I have found that strength training helps me with this (so I can refocus goals toward strength). Any advice so I don't mentally beat myself up as much? Thanks!
feeling bad about not making progress
Hey FB community!
Thanks!
