I just started my second annual activity tracking spreadsheet. I am a nerd for data and a big believer in tracking activity more than results. I attached a pic of the last 8 weeks of 2018 to show what I did. I would love to share it with any of this community who is interested, because it worked so well for me. Of course, your goals would be different than mine. All my workouts are FB with some treadmill time to help hit my step goal. I started FB in 2012 at 170 pounds and love that I kept within my range of 125-130 for almost the entire year of 2018. I am keeping almost the same goals this year, but adding in the goal of journaling my food 5 days a week. If you'd like a spreadsheet, just leave me a comment.
