Hi all! Recently, I’ve found that I really enjoy doing a 10-15 minute yoga session after my strength training. I’ve been wanting to improve my flexibility a bit for a while. Since I’m a complete newbie to yoga, is it fine to do it 6/7 days a week for that short amount of time?
