Hello all! This is my first post on the community here and I just wanted to introduce myself :)
I have been using FB videos since 2011, and they kept me slim for three years. Then I had more children and things kind of took a slide. I still used the videos off and on but with no regularity.
Flash forward to now, I have begun having some health issues that are half caused by genetics and half by lifestyle choices. So I decided to jump in feet first and purchased FB 30 as well as the 4 week meal plan. I can't eat fatty foods, red meats, Alcohol, etc anymore without it resulting in severe pain so here I am, changing for my own health and for my family. I have 4 boys and a husband and we are all doing this meal plan together!
I can't wait to interact with all of you and hope we can work together to stay motivated and support each other.
