I'm new to the FB message boards and just wanted to reach out to see if anyone else suffers from Sjogren's Syndrome like I do. I honestly struggle a lot in regard to staying energized enough to work out due to my Sjogren's symptoms. I modify almost all the workouts to make them joint-friendly and I am in the process of purchasing anti-fatigue floor tiles which I am thinking will help cushion my joints even more. Wanted to see if anyone could offer advice? Things that help you stay energized. Any other advice or tips are welcome!
