I am excited to workout, and know that it is important to incorporate it as a regular part of my day, but for my first month I have selected short, smaller workouts to ease myself into it. I am just wondering will this be alright/make a difference or should I have a bit more difficult workouts to begin with and to see a difference? Thanks!
