I'm a student so I don't have too much control over what I eat. Lately I've been noticing that in each meal I have a grain item. For breakfast I typically eat cereal or bagel with cottage cheese. For lunch my base is usually bread or rice and for dinner it's similar. Is this bad? How can I improve?
