Hello everybody! Hope you are all doing well on this last day of 2018. Just got back from beautiful Peru where my mom and I spent 9 days. What an affirming trip to remember that our health and supportive communities are what make life so vibrant. I am so proud of my mom for going hiking some super tough climbs at much higher altitudes than either of us are used to.

Our trip was incredible but ended on a very sad note. An older gentleman on our trip who was suffering from altitude sickness passed away from a heart attack on our final night in Puno. Please keep his family in your thoughts.
