Losing inches on my body but weight has not dropped
I have been exercising 5 to 6 days a week and having nutritious food most of the days..
Though I feel more fit, strong and see my muscles toned there is no change in the weight. I have been working out for over a month now.. is it normal or am I doing something wrong
