FB Strong - Round 2 was released earlier this year — this is the first time it has been on sale! This 4-week program is exactly what the title suggests: a strength-training program designed to help you build lean muscle and increase strength, endurance, and coordination — all while helping you *feel* strong and capable, too. In this program, your trainers are Kelli, Daniel, and Tasha, with appearances by Kayla and Amanda. Note: this program is included with an active FB Plus account or via an FB Plus Pass; if purchased through this sale, you own it forever, regardless of whether you have an active FB Plus account.
FB Fit - Round 2 is an 8-week program designed to help you improve your fitness, fast. It includes a wide variety of challenging and highly-effective training types: cardio, strength, HIIT (high intensity interval training), plyometrics, Pilates, circuit training, stretching, yoga, balance, agility, and more. This program is a great way to stay consistent and take the guesswork out of your fitness routine. In this program, your trainers are Kelli and Daniel.
FB Adventure is your ideal summer program. With just 4 workouts per week, this program allows room for a busy, adventurous, outdoorsy summer schedule — while reducing the risk of over-training. With a balanced mix of training styles targeting your upper body, lower body, and core, this 4-week program makes it easy to stay on track with more structured workouts while also enjoying summertime activities like hiking, biking, swimming, and more. In this program, your trainers are Kelli and Daniel.
