This program uses a wide range of training styles to whip you into shape fast; cardio, HIIT, strength training, circuit training, Pilates, plyometrics, flexibility, balance and agility training, core strengthening, and more all pull together to create a workout sequence that will likely leave you in the best shape of your life.
Each day’s workout plan is roughly 1 hour in length and is comprised of multiple Fitness Blender workout videos. There is almost no equipment required for these workouts - most only use bodyweight. The only equipment that you are going to need is a set of dumbbells, or any other kind of resistance (resistance bands, kettlebells, etc).
These workouts are very challenging, and the intensity starts off high from the very beginning, however, we have included beginner options in the first two weeks in order to make the program appropriate for a wider range of fitness levels.
