A new Fitness Blender program just went live! Introducing 2 Week FBblend to Burn Fat and Build Lean Muscle This program is nice and short and meant to give you a smart jumpstart towards your fitness goals. This program, like all Fitness Blender programs, can be repeated & reused. The workouts require roughly 40 minutes a day, and all you need is dumbbells. The detailed, day-to-day plan uses HIIT, strength, cardio, yoga, Pilates, & more to bring about results safely and quickly.
We've got a brand new workout coming out tomorrow morning; this one is a core workout, using our "for people who get bored easily" structure.
