4 Week #FBMass (Mass building + strength) - By properly cycling muscle groups and training styles this program will help you safely and efficiently train 5 days a week to get the most size and/strength gains in as little time as possible. 4 Week #FBBodyweight - This program requires no equipment at all. There are 5 challenging workout days a week, with an optional 6th day of a quick stretching or yoga. routine. The workout sessions range from 20-60 minutes, but average out to under 40 minutes a day.
4 Week Low Impact (Beginner friendly, no jumping) - We've combined low impact cardio, strength training, Pilates, yoga, stretching, & bodyweight functional strength training to create a program that will bring about results quickly. Workouts are under 40 minutes each day, and all you need is a set of dumbbells. This is appropriate for beginners but can be made as challenging as you need it to be
4 Week Cross Training Plan (3 Days/week) - The intense training sessions in this program combine everything from HIIT, strength training, stretching, yoga, Pilates, cardio, and more, three days out of the week.
