The Dish
This is one of our favorite breakfast wrap recipes. It just has a little bit of everything: flavor, fun, and good-for-you ingredients. The salmon and broccoli components are roasted until cooked through and tender, and well seasoned with fresh garlic, onion, and diced sun-dried tomatoes. While the salmon and veggies are roasting, fluffy egg whites are scrambled and lightly seasoned. The salmon, veggies, and egg whites converge in a whole wheat tortilla and sprinkled with a little low fat cheddar cheese before being wrapped tightly and enjoyed.
