Hacking the Recipe
The pico de gallo will keep refrigerated for 3-4 days. This recipe makes a little over 1 ¼ cups — plenty of pico de gallo to use throughout the week — averaging about 2 tablespoons per serving. Lastly, this recipe is moderately spicy, if you’re a fan of the heat, feel free to increase the amount of hot sauce in this recipe.
