All of the Before and After pictures you see in the videos above are from people who are using Fitness Blender's free workout videos. Most of the time when we post these pictures, everyone wants to know exactly which workouts the people were doing. There is no one magic Fitness Blender workout video that works - it's a combination of all of them that will bring about the best/fastest results. With that said, many of the people in the before and after pictures have used our 8 Week Fat Loss Programs to get those results.
It's important not to compare yourself to others. Everyone's body changes at a different rate and everyone's metabolism is different. Use these pictures to inspire yourself to start working out on a regular basis, and to eat a more healthy diet, but don't use them to compare yourself to others.
All of these pictures showcase an obvious weight loss, and in many of the pictures we even provide an amount of weight that each person has lost, however, you should keep in mind that working out and healthy eating is definitely not all about losing weight. There are so many benefits that come from being at a healthy bodyweight through eating right and exercising, the number on the scale is maybe the least important. When you're trying to lose weight, let those "bigger picture" elements motivate you. The fact that you can extend your life and vastly improve the quality of your life - those are the important things - an improved physical appearance is just a bonus!
